Support limits

Understanding results
- A fault code alone does not identify the final cause of a problem.
- Ratings such as good, moderate or poor are guidance, not a safety certificate for a part.
- Verify part compatibility, the code and the cause before buying parts or repairing the vehicle.
- Manufacturer service instructions take priority over general suggestions.
Clearing codes
Clearing a code does not fix its cause. If the cause continues, the code or warning light may return.
Clearing may reset diagnostic data and the readiness status of some tests. Record the necessary information before clearing.
Safe use
- Do not use the app while driving.
- Park the vehicle in a safe place.
- Follow the vehicle and adapter manufacturers’ instructions.
- For brake, steering, suspension, overheating or high-voltage electrical problems, do not rely on the app alone; contact a specialist.
Records and reports
Service records and PDF reports depend on recorded information. They are not official inspection certificates, proof of actual vehicle mileage or guarantees of vehicle safety.
Ownership rights
Using the app does not transfer ownership of its name, logo or original content to the user. Users keep their rights to their own records and photos.
